Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Fence Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of fencing systems, ensuring safety, durability, and aesthetic appeal. Your expertise in carpentry, framing, welding, and heavy lifting will be essential to delivering top-quality results on every project. Responsibilities
- Measure and mark installation sites accurately to ensure proper fence placement and alignment
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and efficiently during fence assembly and installation
- Dig post holes using manual or power augers, ensuring proper depth and spacing according to project specifications
- Install fence posts, panels, gates, and hardware with precision, maintaining structural integrity and aesthetic standards
- Perform concrete forming and finishing for fence posts where necessary to enhance stability and longevity
- Conduct landscape maintenance and hardscape work as needed to prepare sites for fencing projects
- Assist with masonry tasks related to foundation work or decorative elements that complement fencing structures
Experience
- Proven experience in construction, carpentry, frame carpentry, or masonry with a focus on fencing projects
- Skilled in welding techniques used in fence fabrication or reinforcement
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, concrete forming, and finishing equipment
- Demonstrated ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly
- Prior experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety protocols and site organization
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance, hardscape installation, or concrete finishing is a plus but not mandatory
