CO-OP Fence & Construction is looking for reliable laborers to help our foreman install residential and commercial fencing. If you enjoy working outdoors and being part of a hardworking crew, we want to hear from you.Requirements:
Must be able to work Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays)
Valid driver’s license required Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Must be able to lift at least 80 lbs
Must be dependable and ready to work as part of a team. This is a hands-on outdoor job assisting with fence installation including digging, setting posts, and material handling.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the layout, measurement, and marking of fence lines according to project plans
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely to cut, assemble, and install fencing materials
- Perform heavy lifting of fencing materials, concrete forms, and landscape elements as required
- Support the installation of concrete footings and foundations for fence posts using concrete forming techniques
- Aid in the framing and hardscape work involved in fence construction projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work site by disposing of debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards
Experience
- Prior experience in fence is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is advantageous
- Experience working on construction sites or with landscape maintenance projects is a plus
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
