This role involves developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with business goals, managing IT budgets, and leading IT teams to ensure efficient and secure technology operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, extensive knowledge in leading infrastructure and helpdesk teams, the ability to oversee cybersecurity initiatives, and a profound understanding of ERP systems specific to manufacturing and industrial services environments. Key Responsibilities: 1.Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the company's technology strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop IT staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging the exploration of new technologies and solutions.
- Lead and manage the infrastructure and helpdesk teams to ensure optimal performance and support.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect the company's digital assets.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations and proactively address potential security threats.
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP systems to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP systems support business processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and ensure that technology solutions support business goals. Evaluate new technologies, software, and hardware to enhance business operations and efficiency.
- Act as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations on technological investments and initiatives.

- Manage IT budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and resource allocation.
- Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology strategies with business objectives
- Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, helpdesk management, and cybersecurity best practices
- Deep understanding of ERP systems specific to manufacturing, preferably with Macola and SAP
- Deep understanding of database management, networking, systems architecture, cloud solutions (GCP/Azure), and modern workplace technologies (Microsoft 365, etc.)
- Experience leading automation/AI initiatives is preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead large-scale technology initiatives and teams, with excellent project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness and ability to periodically travel globally 25%
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
