Sheehan Brothers Vending (SBV) is a fast-growing, third-generation family company in the convenience services industry including vending, micro-markets, office coffee, and pantry services with operations across Ohio and Northern Kentucky. We are scaling aggressively and looking for a builder-minded leader who can help take us from roughly $50M toward the next major stage of growth.
We need a VP of Business Development who is hungry, sharp, and ready to create a real revenue engine. Someone who can hunt, build systems, and lead expansion across multiple service lines.

What You Will Own
Growth Strategy
- Build and execute SBV’s revenue growth roadmap across all business lines
- Identify new verticals, territories, partnerships, and strategic opportunities
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to keep SBV positioned ahead of the market
Sales Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and expand the sales and account management team
- Build scalable prospecting, proposal, and closing processes
- Establish KPIs, quotas, and accountability systems
Acquisition and Expansion
- Source and evaluate potential acquisitions including routes, operators, and regional competitors
- Support valuations, due diligence, and integration planning
- Lead market entry plans for new territories
Enterprise Deals and Key Accounts
- Own high-value client and property group relationships
- Negotiate multi-year enterprise contracts
What Success Looks Like in 12 to 24 Months
- Pipeline becomes predictable and performance-driven
- Revenue targets in new and existing markets are consistently met
- One or more strategic acquisitions sourced and integrated smoothly
- Improved customer retention and increased enterprise-level wins
- SBV’s brand grows significantly with property groups and regional corporate offices
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
- 3 or more years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or growth leadership preferred
- Experience in foodservice, facilities services, distribution, or route-based operations is preferred
- Strong financial understanding involving margins, contracts, and unit economics
- A builder’s mindset with comfort operating in an evolving, growth-focused environment
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Competitive personality with a high sense of accountability
Compensation and Perks
- Base salary starting at $90,000 or higher, depending on experience
