Pay Range: [$23.46- $30.18]  (based on state service) salary range includes the 10.77% local supplement 
Minimum Degree Level:  High school or equivalent
Additional Position Comments:  Constructs, modifies, and repairs heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment, environmental control systems, as well as refrigerated and gas-powered kitchen equipment, ensuring all systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
