Position Summary
Are you an efficient, detail-oriented baker who loves making dough, brownies, and cakes? Bumbles Bake Shop is looking for a qualified kitchen assistant to join our team and help us meet our increasing production demands!
Core Responsibilities
- Dough Preparation & Portioning: Make cookie dough and portion individual cookies according to recipe standards.
- Baking Base Essentials: Mix and bake base brownies and cakes.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards across kitchen workstations and baking equipment.
Qualifications
- Self-starter and quick learner who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical capability to stand for 7–8 hours per day and comfortably lift 50 lb bags of bulk ingredients.
- Great communication skills and a team-player attitude.
