Position Summary
Are you a naturally organized, warm, and tech-savvy individual who loves working with people? Bumbles Bake Shop is looking for a Bakery Customer Service Associate to serve as the welcoming face and key point of contact for our customers.
Core Responsibilities
- Order Intake & Tracking: Collect customer details and maintain accurate, detailed order sheets for every order.
- Customer Communication: Answer phone calls, texts, and emails to coordinate order requirements—including design preferences, quantities, and pickup dates.
- Front-of-House & Retail Support: Warmly greet walk-ins, assist customers with pickup orders, and provide retail counter support for our display cases.
- Daily Closeout: Wrap up display cases at the end of each day, clean, and organize the front counter area.
Qualifications
- Self-starter, quick learner, and highly focused individual with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a genuine love for helping people.
- Strong multitasking skills with a track record of confirming tasks are fully completed.
- Ability to stand for 7–8 hours per day.
- Prior party planning or event coordination experience is a plus!
