Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our Bullzeye team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.
Responsibilities
- Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers through phone solicitations, onsite visits and office visits
- Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers
- Meet or exceed designated sales targets
- Create and implement an effective sales strategy
- Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
- Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
- Assist collections department when needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- Previous experience in sales
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Planning and organizational skills
- Strong math skills
- A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
- Valid driver's license with clean MVR
Pay: $30,000 Base Per Year, 25% Commission of Profit
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Weekends as Needed
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
