Job Summary
At Bully’s Sports Bar & Grill, we pride ourselves on providing fast, friendly, and accurate service to every guest. We’re looking for an energetic and dependable To-Go Food Runner to join our team and help ensure our to-go operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Organize, package, and deliver orders to guests quickly and accurately.
- Communicate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure order accuracy.
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Maintain a clean and organized to-go station.
- Assist with light prep or side tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others while maintaining professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
- Ability to move quickly and safely while carrying trays or packaged food orders.
