Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Technician to join our team and drive excellence in light duty automotive repair services. As the lead technician, you will manage daily operation of the shop. (you will not be customer-facing, we have a service writer for customer facing interactions)
Requirements
- ASE certifications a Plus
- Accurately Diagnose customer vehicles, using available diagnostic tools.
- Demonstrate the ability to solve problems, provide solutions, work on your own to accurately repair customers light duty vehicles.
- Knowledge of general automotive tools are a must.
- You must have your own hand tools. Most specialty tools are supplied by the shop.
- Excellent service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to operate vehicles responsibly.
- Care about your performance and take pride in providing good and accurate service
Pay: $24.96 - $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
