Gutter Installer/ Repair Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Gutter Installer/Repair Technician to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining gutter systems on residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities

• Install new gutter systems using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques to ensure precise fit and secure attachment.
• Repair or replace damaged gutters, downspouts, brackets, and related components to restore optimal water flow.
• Measure and assess job sites accurately by reading blueprints, schematics, and construction plans.
• Prepare work areas by cleaning surfaces, setting up scaffolding or ladders safely, and protecting surrounding property during installation or repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections of existing gutter systems to identify issues such as leaks, clogs, or structural damage.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate work schedules, ensure safety compliance, and complete projects efficiently.
• Utilize knowledge of construction management principles to prioritize tasks and maintain high standards of quality throughout each project.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction site work with familiarity in roofing, framing, or related trades preferred.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely and effectively.
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings relevant to gutter installation.
• Knowledge of construction materials including aluminum, vinyl, copper gutters, and related accessories.
• Basic skills in construction estimating and inspection processes are advantageous.
• Experience with fabrication techniques such as cutting and shaping materials for custom fitment.
• Familiarity with other construction disciplines like plumbing, electrical work, masonry or restoration is a plus.
• Excellent physical stamina for lifting heavy materials, working at heights on ladders or scaffolds, and performing manual tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.

Pay: $24.87 - $29.95 per hour
