A high-growth real estate investment platform is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Managing Partner. This role will sit at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution — driving clarity, scale, and performance across the organization. It’s a fast-track opportunity for an early-career professional to gain company-wide exposure and make a direct impact on growth.

About the Role:

This cross-functional, high-impact role will serve as a central engine for execution — sitting at the intersection of strategy, systems, and operations. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, you'll work across all departments to build scalable processes, create dashboards and SOPs, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and internal reporting tools

• Conduct recurring and ad hoc analyses across finance, operations, and sales

• Design and document processes to drive efficiency and scalability

• Own internal knowledge management and documentation (e.g., Notion buildout)

• Develop and centralize reusable internal tools for department leads

• Identify operational gaps and design solutions to close them

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years in consulting, investment banking, internal strategy, or high-growth ops

• Advanced analytical and modeling skills (Excel/GSheets a must)

• A builder mindset – you love creating frameworks, tools, and systems from scratch

• Systems-oriented thinking with strong documentation and communication skills

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects at once

• Experience with AI tools for SOP creation, documentation, or tool building is a plus
