- High School diploma or GED.
- Valid Georgia driver's license.
- Experience working with diverse groups.

- Pass criminal background check with results adhering to Bulloch County Board of Education Policy GAK(1).
- Operate and maintain floor clearing equipment.
- Familiar with chemical use and storage responsibilities (MSDS requirements).
- Operate power tools and environmental housekeeping equipment.
- Perform manual labor indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Follow safety rules and pass drug/alcohol tests when required.
- Perform minor repairs and assemble furniture as needed.
- Dispose of trash, mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, clean windows, and set up conference rooms.
- Maintain work areas, including custodial closets, storage rooms, supply rooms, and custodial carts.
- Report facility components, equipment, and tools needing repairs to the head custodian.
- Use cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment as directed by the head custodian, principal/supervisor, and/or designee.
- Report injuries, accidents, and damages to facilities and equipment to the head custodian.
- Perform routine and periodic housekeeping tasks, maintaining cleanliness of the facility.
- Secure and store chemicals properly.
- Maintain MSDS on hand for all products used and only use products provided by the school system for cleaning.
- Perform preventative maintenance on custodial equipment and tools.
- Perform other duties as requested.
