We are seeking dependable and hardworking Campus Cleanup Laborers to assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment on a school campus. This position is responsible for general cleanup, facility support, and ensuring common areas are properly maintained for students, staff, and visitors.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM
00Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform general campus cleanup duties, including picking up trash, debris, and litter from outdoor areas
- Maintain cleanliness of walkways, entrances, courtyards, and common areas
- Assist with moving furniture, equipment, supplies, and classroom materials as needed
- Clean and organize designated areas throughout the campus
- Support custodial staff with special cleaning projects and campus events
- Remove unwanted materials and dispose of waste properly
- Assist with preparing classrooms, offices, and common areas for daily operations
- Report any safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or damaged property to supervisor
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed
- Previous custodial, janitorial, or general labor experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to work in an active school environment while maintaining professionalism
