What You'll Do
As a Product and Warranty Support Representative, you will take incoming calls from dealer partners and consumers to assist in all aspects of spa operation and technical assistance. You will walk through repair procedures. You will process warranty claims and order parts as necessary. You will assist technicians in the field over the phone to diagnose and repair spas in need of service. This position can be the pathway into your career with Bullfrog Spas and is a great way to expand on previous experience in customer service.

Responsibilities You'll Be Asked to Perform
- Participate in daily huddles to help drive daily continuous improvement & coordinate on tasks & projects to meet department & company objectives
- Follow procedures and safe work practices
- Ensure that warranty claims are reviewed, approved, and processed correctly and in a timely manner
- May help with onsite or virtual dealer technical trainings
- Helps answer phone calls & emails to resolve product failures using proper troubleshooting techniques (i.e., electrical component failures, water care chemical use, hot tub plumbing, etc....)
- Works cross-functionally with other teams in quality improvement team meetings to help provide additional insight on how our products are failing in the field
- Demonstrate a first-class customer service experience with every customer interaction
- Handle issues in the interest of both customer and the company
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Related technical work experience in the hot tub industry a plus
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- High-energy self-starter as well as a collaborative team player
- Experience with Office related computer skills
- Customer Service Experience (minimum of 2 years)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Can communicate clearly, both written and verbally
- Understanding of hot tub electrical components, troubleshooting & repair a plus
Bonus Skills We Like, But Not Required
- Some customer service experience is preferred, especially in the service industry
- Experience in manufacturing or other assembly work

Job Type, Location, and Benefits
This is a full-time, hourly position located in the manufacturing facility at the Bullfrog International headquarters in Herriman, UT. Wage is commensurate with experience and general expectations of the position.
