Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our healthcare team. This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with clinical support, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional patient care. Duties
- Greet patients warmly with a smile, verify appointments, and manage scheduling to optimize clinic flow. Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling questions.
- Manage patient care plans and maintain account balances.
- Assist with patient exams and X-rays as well as actively participating in patient therapies.
- Educate patients on adjusting and therapy procedures, post-care instructions, and answer general inquiries to enhance their experience.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization within the front desk area, adjusting spaces, and examination rooms.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in chiropractic or medical offices, is highly preferred.
- Ability to handle many different tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- A background in healthcare or related fields with relevant certifications or training is considered a plus.
More Information
Please note the hours needed to be available to work this position. Monday through Thursday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Friday: 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM. These will vary based on which team member stays later each night. You may occasionally be needed to stay until 7:00 PM to complete job responsibilities. Fridays we typically finish by 1:00 PM, but we may need you to stay a little later to complete end-of-week tasks. You will have a designated one hour lunch break Monday through Thursday.
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
