Duties
- Prepare and serve food for both Breakfast and Lunch Services
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for both staff and guests
- Handle food products with proper manual handling techniques, including weight handling in the workplace, to prevent injuries and maintain efficiency
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for order processing and payment transactions
- Support food handling and preparation activities, ensuring compliance with food safety management protocols
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally, answering questions about menu items
- Operate POS register system when needed to assist with customer needs
