Responsibilities
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process retail sales transactions accurately and swiftly
- Greet customers warmly, offering assistance with fueling, product selection, and store inquiries
- Conduct product demos and upselling to promote featured items and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain clean and organized merchandising displays, stocking shelves regularly to ensure product availability
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision and integrity
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when taking orders or answering customer questions over the phone
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying supervisors of low inventory or replenishment needs
