We are looking for an experienced Investor Relations and Capital Formation professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, relationship-driven individual with existing fundraising relationships and a strong understanding of real estate, private equity, and investor engagement. This individual will help cultivate and expand relationships with existing and prospective investors, support capital raising initiatives, and serve as a key point of coordination between investors, senior leadership, acquisitions, asset management, finance, legal, and marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support fundraising and capital formation efforts across existing and future investment vehicles.
• Leverage existing relationships with investors, family offices, registered investment advisors, institutional investors, consultants, high-net-worth individuals, and/or other strategic capital sources.
• Develop, maintain, and actively manage a pipeline of prospective investors and strategic capital relationships.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop fundraising strategy, investor messaging, and relationship management priorities.
• Prepare, coordinate, and refine investor presentations, pitch materials, offering materials, due diligence questionnaires, data room content, and related investor communications.
• Manage ongoing investor communications, including investor updates, reporting packages, meeting follow-ups, and responses to investor inquiries.
• Coordinate with acquisitions, asset management, finance, legal, and marketing to ensure investor-facing materials are accurate, timely, professional, and aligned with firm strategy.
• Track investor activity, outreach, follow-up, and relationship history through CRM or other internal systems.
• Represent the firm professionally in investor meetings, conferences, networking events, and industry forums.
• Support the planning and execution of investor meetings, annual meetings, fundraising events, and other investor engagement opportunities.
• Help refine the firm’s investor relations processes, reporting cadence, CRM usage, and overall investor experience.
• Take ownership of ad hoc projects across the organization as they arise.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a concentration in finance, real estate, economics, business, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in investor relations, capital formation, fundraising, real estate private equity, private markets, investment management, wealth management, or a related field.
• Existing investor and fundraising relationships strongly preferred.
• Experience with real estate investment strategies, private equity structures, funds, joint ventures, separate accounts, and/or private capital markets preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to translate investment strategy, performance, and market information into clear, compelling investor-facing messaging.
• High degree of personal integrity, professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when working with confidential financial and investor information.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities, investor conversations, and deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort maintaining pipeline activity, investor notes, and follow-up through CRM or other internal tracking systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and investor reporting tools.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively across investments, asset management, finance, legal, marketing, and senior leadership.
• Intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to take ownership of a broad range of assignments.
• Positive attitude, entrepreneurial mindset, and good sense of humor.

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $250,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, existing relationships, and overall skill set. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors assessed throughout the interview process.
