Responsibilities
- Execute a wide variety of construction tasks including drywall installation, flooring, roofing, masonry, and framing with precision and efficiency.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely to perform tasks such as carpentry, concrete finishing, tile laying, and fixture installation.
- Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, schematics, and project specifications.
- Perform remodeling, restoration, and building finishing work that meets high-quality standards.
- Install electrical fixtures, plumbing systems, glass panels, cabinetry, doors, and other building components with attention to detail.
- Use heavy equipment and perform concrete forming or heavy lifting as required on-site.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proper use of caulking, stucco application, drywall finishing, and other specialized techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, drywall installation, or related fields.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation.
- Skilled in construction estimating and managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues on-site.
- Valid certifications or licenses relevant to construction trades are preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn new skills is essential.
- Must have your own form of transportation
