We’re Hiring Skilled Carpenters – Framing, Pole Barns & Fencing

We’re a locally owned construction company looking for experienced, dependable carpenters to join our growing team. Our work focuses on framing, pole barns, farm fencing, site improvements, and residential and commercial construction.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry work with an emphasis on framing and exterior construction
• Build and assist with pole barns and post-frame structures
• Install farm and residential fencing
• Perform general carpentry, including framing, siding, trim, and finish work as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Safely operate power tools and hand tools
• Work with the crew to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

Qualifications

• 2 years of carpentry/construction experience preferred
• Experience with framing, pole barns, or fencing strongly preferred
• Ability to safely use power tools and hand tools
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various outdoor conditions
• Valid driver’s license
