This role involves managing shipping and receiving, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse area, and accurately completing all transactions in NetSuite. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily shipping and receiving operations, including unloading, loading, and verifying shipments.
Accurately record and process transactions in NetSuite.
Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate discrepancies promptly.
Represent Built Brands at the Prinova warehouse with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
2 years warehouse or shipping/receiving experience; leadership preferred.
Proficiency with ERP systems; NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and accountability.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work independently.
