The Role
The BUILT Marketplace team is looking for a Marketplace Specialist to help Amazon, Walmart, Instacart and additional ecom marketplaces. This role will help with execution, optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, helping BUILT scale efficiently and win across our e-commerce sales channels.
You’ll report directly to the Director of Marketplaces. This will change as the team grows and expands. Your duties will range from keeping listings fresh, testing new ideas, coordinating promotions, monitoring performance, and making sure everything runs smoothly, you’ll play a key role in BUILT’s growth across these marketplace channels.

The Role
The BUILT Marketplace team is looking for a Marketplace Specialist to help Amazon, Walmart, Instacart and additional ecom marketplaces. This role will help with execution, optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, helping BUILT scale efficiently and win across our e-commerce sales channels.

Your duties will range from keeping listings fresh, testing new ideas, coordinating promotions, monitoring performance, and making sure everything runs smoothly, you’ll play a key role in BUILT’s growth across these marketplace channels.
What You’ll Do
- Merchandise, A/B Test, and optimize product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, content) on Amazon, Walmart, Instacart.
- Monitor performance data (sales, rankings, reviews, advertising efficiency) and flag opportunities for improvement.
- Scale and manage an Affiliate program for BUILT on Amazon.com
- Coordinate with creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent, engaging merchandising content and messaging.
- Assist with promotions, merchandising initiatives, and seasonal campaigns.
- Work cross-functionally with operations and finance to ensure seamless execution of marketplace activities.
- Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitors, and marketplace best practices.
- Ideally 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail (marketplace experience a plus).
- Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, TikTok Shop Seller Platform, AdTech, Data tools, and other ecom tools.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills—comfortable with data and dashboards.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn and grow.
