Production Mechanic/Maintenance Employee

Built Bar is looking for a skilled Production Mechanic with proven experience in electrical repair, food production equipment build-out and repair, and skills to work with a team of mechanics. A problem-solving, trouble-shooting Rockstar would be ideal!
Under supervision, our Production Mechanic will perform mechanical maintenance and preventative maintenance work. Other duties include: diagnose and repair production equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and general plant equipment or other tasks as assigned.

Under supervision, our Production Mechanic will perform mechanical maintenance and preventative maintenance work. Other duties include: diagnose and repair production equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and general plant equipment or other tasks as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate new equipment, modify existing equipment as needed
- Work with other mechanics repairing equipment as needed
- Perform general maintenance duties throughout facility
- Help maintain safety, environmental and other equipment and programs as needed
- Troubleshoot, repair and maintain machinery
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery
- Design and build new equipment for various processes. Modify old equipment as processes change
- Work with Maintenance Manager on projects as needed
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must have a basic knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and/or electronics
- A working knowledge of food manufacturing, production, fulfillment, and various machinery used in food production plant
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must be able to operate the following tools and equipment: hand tools, mobile and stationary equipment in plant, and drill press
- 1 year in Food Manufacturing Maintenance strongly preferred
- Heavy experience and working knowledge in electrical
- Problem-solving, analytical, and trouble-shooting skills REQUIRED to resolve manufacturing and logistics issues
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
- English/Spanish Bilingual a plus
