Day: 5:30 am - 2:00 pm $19.00 hr.

Swing: 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm $20.00 hr.

Graves: 9:30 pm - 6:00 am $21.00 hr

Responsibilities

• Supervise the mixing and chocolate sections to ensure the process is carried out correctly and efficiently.
• Estimate the amount of dough needed for the shift, ensuring continuous production without waste.
• Take daily attendance for all team members.
• Verify that operating parameters meet product specifications.
• Ensure the team uses the correct ingredients according to the production order.
• Collaborate with the Work Order (WO) area to confirm that all information and processes are accurate.
• Follow company safety processes and lockout/tagout procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment.
• Review machine conditions to ensure proper operation and complete corresponding reports for preventive or corrective maintenance.
• Continuously train employees in GMP, safety, and any process changes.
• Other tasks may be assigned by your supervisor to support line and company needs.
• Weekend work may be required.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at any time.
• Ability to stand for the full 8-hour shift.
• Must be able to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors.
