Overview
We are seeking experienced apartment cleaning / move-out cleaning professionals to perform unit turnover cleaning services. This role includes deep cleaning and floor care, ensuring units are spotless, sanitized, and ready for new residents.

Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of vacant residential units
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
- Clean appliances (inside and outside)
- Clean walls, baseboards, doors, trim, windows, tracks, and sills
- Remove all trash and debris
- Sweep, mop, and detail all flooring surfaces
- Operate floor buffer to buff and polish floors
- Strip and wax floors as required (materials provided)
- Ensure units are move-in ready and odor-free
- Report any damages or maintenance concerns
Skills
- Preferred experience (apartment cleaning, move-out cleaning, or commercial cleaning)
- Experience using a floor buffer
- Must be reliable and show up consistently
- Ability to complete units efficiently and to a high standard
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation is required
- Must be seeking long-term, ongoing work
