Night Shift Cleaning Technician (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Cleaning & More – Cullman, AL
Cleaning & More is seeking a Night Shift Cleaning Technician for commercial cleaning routes. This position is ideal for someone who prefers evening hours and focused, independent work.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- 4:45 PM – approximately midnight (until work is completed)
Pay & Benefits
- $15–$18 per hour (DOE)
- Paid Time Off (after 90-day probation period)

Job Duties
- Evening commercial cleaning
- Standing and walking for the full shift
- Lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling as required
- Maintain cleanliness, security, and quality standards
Requirements
- Hardworking and dependable
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Able to pass a drug screening
- Able to pass a background check
- Physically capable of meeting job demands

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
