HVAC Maintenance Technician - Full-Time
Monday - Friday / 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Compensation - 40 hours per week $36.80 per hour
General Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join our district maintenance team. This position is responsible for performing HVAC repair, maintenance, installation, and other general maintenance duties as assigned. The role plays a key part in ensuring our schools provide a safe, healthy, and comfortable learning environment for students and staff.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma and trade school or factory service trained
- EPA Refrigerant Type II — minimum requirement
- Commercial HVAC equipment field service experience required including water source heat pumps and use of Building Automation Systems
- Valid state driver's license and a good driving record required
- Employees must meet the insurability requirements of the school district carrier
- Must be available to respond to emergency service calls after hours and weekends
