Commercial HVAC Service Technician:

For the problem solvers and system experts

What You’ll Do:

· Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems

· Work on RTUs, split systems, furnaces, condensing units and all related equipment

· Use strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex issues

· Perform preventative maintenance to improve system performance

· Communicate with customers and building managers

· Complete detailed daily work orders

· Follow all OSHA safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

Commercial HVAC experience 5-7 years

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Boiler experience preferred, but not required

EPA Certification required

Professional, dependable, reliable and team oriented.

Maintenance Technician:

For those who take pride in keeping systems running smoothly

Perform routine HVAC maintenance on commercial systems

Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before they become problems

Assist service technicians with repairs as needed

Maintain accurate service records

Clean up work area from all trash and debris

Follow all OSHA safety guidelines

We We’re Looking For:

Mechanical aptitude or HVAC experience (preferred)

Willingness to learn and grow in the trade

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Positive attitude and reliability
