Key Responsibilities Breakdown:
Player/Coach Role
1) About 70% - Commercial HVAC service repair work with an ability to own projects from start to finish. Examples include preventative maintenance work and/or repair work on RTUs, chillers, boilers, air handlers, cooling towers, VAVs, pumps, and controls for our existing client base.
- Troubleshooting, thinking outside the box on repair solutions, communicating and following up with our customer base, and taking the job across the finish line.
- Taking ownership responsibility over jobs, with the ability to balance reasonable timelines with the personal flexibility that comes with autonomy.
- Ability to contribute to aspects of estimating and scheduling with their jobs.
2) About 30% - Coaching and supporting junior service technicians on their existing jobs and working on their career development.
What we are looking for:
- 7–10 years of commercial HVAC service experience (preventative maintenance and repair focus). Open to considering candidates with less years of experience if skill-level and work ethic is there.
- Strong diagnostics on commercial systems
- EPA Universal certification; ICC certification
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills – for our customers and our team members
- Growth mindset: eager to coach our team, support with building out company processes, and a focus on growing the company alongside our leadership team.

- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Physical capability for rooftop work, 30-foot ladders, lifting 50 lbs, etc.
