Branch Manager — BMD East Specialty Division

Dunn, North Carolina

We are seeking a results-driven, customer-focused Branch Manager to lead our BMD Specialty Division branch in Dunn, North Carolina. This role is responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and day-to-day leadership of the branch, including sales, operations, customer service, inventory, delivery, safety, and team development. The Branch Manager will have ownership of branch-level financial results, including revenue growth, gross margin performance, operating expenses, productivity, and P&L accountability.

BMD’s Specialty Products Division supplies lumber yards, home centers, hardware stores, dealers, and professional customers with quality building products, including insulation, siding, fasteners, concrete accessories, agricultural wire and fencing, fire-rated products, engineered wood products, and other specialty materials. Our Dunn, North Carolina branch is a key part of BMD Specialty’s East Coast presence, supporting customers throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and surrounding markets with a strong focus on customer service, operational execution, product knowledge, and long-term business growth.

At BMD, we are more than a building materials distributor — we are a longstanding, relationship-driven company built on service, integrity, accountability, and ownership. For more than 80 years, BMD has served customers and communities with the strength of a company that is 100% employee-owned through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). That means when you join BMD, you are not just taking a job — you are becoming an employee-owner with a direct stake in our shared success. Our employee-owned culture sets us apart and drives how we lead, serve customers, develop teams, and grow the business.
