This role requires strong communication skills, must be bilingual (English/Russian). As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience and maintaining smooth operations at the front desk.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome tenants and guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Inspect and maintain overall cleanness and appearance of the Concierge desk, lobby and common areas, including temperature, lighting, and music.
- Take a proactive role in providing assistance in the building lobby.
Skills
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles.
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations and guest services.
