About the Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Play Assistant who brings energy, creativity, and heart into every day. You'll support daily routines, engage in hands-on play, and help children feel safe and seen. If you love working with little ones and value a joyful, team-based environment, we’d love to meet you!
Your Responsibilities:
Work alongside a team to meet the needs of each child.- Engage children with stories, songs, and playful learning.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
- Communicate with families using our parent app.
- Participate in regular training and professional growth.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required- Able to pass state and federal background checks
- Energetic, caring, and passionate about working with children
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
