For more than a century, Child Care Partners has supported families in Wichita Falls by providing safe, affordable, high‑quality childcare and early education. We are seeking a leader with a passion for teaching children and who will be a true leader for our childcare team.
The Center Director will be responsible for the overall operations of the center. This includes exceptional care and education for our children, building a strong, engaged team, and maintaining compliance with state licensing and accreditation standards. The right candidate will be a hands-on, energetic leader who sets the tone for a fun, collaborative, and high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team of caregivers to deliver exceptional childcare.
Build a warm, welcoming, and professional relationship with our children, families, and staff.
Maintain full compliance with Texas Minimum Standards and ensure that the center meets or exceeds all licensing and quality expectations.
Create and sustain a positive culture that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and joy for all who enter our center.
Oversee daily operations such as staffing and parent communications.
Lead by example, with integrity, accountability, and a passion for teaching the children we serve.
Qualifications
A Director’s License is required for this position.
Strong knowledge of Texas Child Care Licensing Minimum Standards.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
