Job Overview
Building Blocks of Hope Learning Center is a licensed family home childcare program seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Childcare Provider to work with children ages 3–5. We are looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and enjoys creating a fun, engaging, and nurturing learning environment where children can grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- 8-hour workday with a 2-hour unpaid break
Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children ages 3–5 throughout the day.
- Lead circle time, music, and movement activities.
- Read books daily to encourage language and literacy development.
- Plan and assist with arts and crafts.
- Support age-appropriate learning through play and hands-on activities.
- Encourage positive behavior and social-emotional development.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
- Follow all licensing standards and center policies.
- Communicate professionally with families and coworkers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience working with young children is preferred but not required.
- Must enjoy singing, reading aloud, and leading creative activities.
- Positive attitude with a heart for children.
- Reliable with excellent attendance.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Must pass all required background checks.
