Salary: $22.00 - $25.00/per hour
The Children's Center is seeking a nurturing, energetic, and dependable Toddler Teacher to support the developmental needs of young children. This role is responsible for creating a structured yet engaging classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a safe, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment
- Support childrens social-emotional growth and model positive behavior guidance strategies
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with early childhood development principles
- Communicate regularly and professionally with families regarding childrens progress and daily activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom in accordance with licensing and company standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in care and instruction
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field (Required)
- Prior experience working with toddlers or in an early childhood setting (Required)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
