About the job
We’re doing a full interior remodel on a single‑family home in Norwalk:
- New kitchen & dining
- New basement bedroom full bath
- Whole‑house paint/trim
You’ll be working directly with the GC/owner (Yvans) and two other carpenters as part of a small, focused crew. We run the job off a live spreadsheet/dashboard so everyone knows the plan and what “done” looks like each day.
Responsibilities
- Plaster and compound (mud) all new drywall.
- Frame and trim the new basement bedroom and bathroom
- Hang and patch drywall
- Keep the job site clean, safe, and organized daily
Requirements
- 3 years of residential remodeling experience
- Own basic hand/power tools and PPE
- Reliable transportation to Norwalk, CT
- Able to work full days, Monday–Friday, for the duration of the project
- Authorized to work in the US
Schedule & Pay
- Hours: Monday–Friday, full days (occasional Saturday only if needed to stay on schedule)
- Pay: $25-$35 or $200-$280 depending on experience, with a performance bonus at the end of the project if we stay on schedule and hit quality standards
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
