Position Overview
The Superintendent is responsible for planning/monitoring activities, and coordinating and supervising Assistant Superintendents, General Foremen, Foremen, and crew members through all phases of construction for multiple scopes of work.
Essential Functions
- In addition to quality, continually ensuring all employees follow health and safety regulations whilemonitoringoperations to promote the wellbeing of the whole team.
- Lead and enforce adherence to the contract, work plans, project safetyplan, project qualityplanand company initiatives.
- Accountabilityforand ownership ofthe safety,quality, andproductionperformance metrics for all assignedactivities.
- Organize,manageand forecastprocurement of resources andequipmentfor the lifecycle of the project.
- Responsible for the planningand coordination ofmultiple scopeactivities to ensureproper construction sequencing,schedule, and budget goals areadhered to.
- Maintain excellent relationships withthe project management team, owners, engineers, consultants,subcontractorsand the local community.
- Review weekly labor reports with necessary stakeholders.
- Coordinate,review, and approvedailytimecards, quantity reports, and relevant project safety and quality documents.
- Participate in hiring,dismissal, and performance evaluationprocessesof crew members.
- Coach,mentorand foster a culture of continuous improvementof all team members.
- Aid inthe development of standard work andcreatework plans.
- Accountable for thecleanliness and organizationof work areas.
- Participate in project meetings and act as a liaison between crew members andproject management team.
- Collaborate with engineering staff ensuring plans, specifications, submittals and RFIs are transmitted accurately andin a timely manner.
- Oversee and enforce all processes and procedures that support theprojectclose-out phase.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum3yearof experience in renewable energyrequired.
- Minimum5yearof experience in a supervisory rolerequired.
- HighSchool Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) isrequired. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Blue Beam, Outlook, and related software programs. Knowledge of Procore desired.
- Ability to work well in a group environment and foster a team approach.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Highly detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and practices preferred.
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunicationalskills. Must be fluent in English; both spoken and written.

- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Working Conditions
- 100% travelrequired. Projects will be nationally based.
- Construction site environment – physical ability to stand, walk, crawl, bend,reachand climb. Exposed to high noise levels.
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds continuously throughout the day.
- Exposure to all forms of weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, dry, humid, windy) for the entirework day.

Location: Various U.S. Project Sites (Travel Required)
Full Time - Exempt Position
Position requires working hours in excess of 40 hours per week based on operational needs. A rotation schedule is implemented to help offset additional hours.
Salary Range is based on experience: $90K-$150K
