About The Role

The ideal candidate will have the experience and leadership skills to take ownership of the site and drive the project from mobilization through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all field operations for a ground-up high-rise construction project.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades, vendors, and field personnel.
- Develop and maintain the project schedule in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Coordinate structural, MEP, architectural, and finishing activities.
- Monitor daily site operations, manpower, productivity, and overall progress.
- Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to identify conflicts and potential issues.
- Lead daily and weekly subcontractor coordination meetings.
- Maintain strict standards for safety, quality, and site organization.
- Coordinate inspections, deliveries, logistics, and site access.
- Work closely with the Project Manager, architects, engineers, and ownership team.
- Proactively identify and resolve field issues that could impact schedule or quality.
- Manage punch list, commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activities.
- Ensure construction is completed according to plans, specifications, schedule, and quality standards.
- 10 years of construction experience, with significant experience as a Superintendent.
- Proven experience leading ground-up high-rise construction projects.
- Strong understanding of structural concrete and high-rise construction methods.
- Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors on complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, scheduling, and field coordination.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to take ownership of a project and lead field operations independently.
- Procore experience preferred.
- OSHA 30 preferred.
