Key Responsibilities
- Lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and healthcare facility staff.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control requirements (ICRA), and life safety standards.
- Conduct project meetings, monitor progress, and proactively resolve issues.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and review contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager for a general contractor.
- Demonstrated experience managing healthcare construction projects in occupied hospital or medical environments.
- Strong understanding of healthcare construction regulations, AHCA/JCAHO requirements, and infection prevention protocols is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
