This role is ideal for a senior field leader with strong ground up expertise who can take full ownership of site operations, scheduling, safety, and execution from mobilization through turnover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all on-site construction activities for mid- and high-rise projects
- Oversee concrete structures, vertical construction, and sequencing
- Direct and coordinate all subcontractors, field staff, and self-performed work
- Maintain full responsibility for schedule adherence, quality control, and safety
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for ownership, inspectors, and consultants
- Conduct daily site meetings, short-interval planning, and look-ahead scheduling
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA, safety, and company standards
- Proactively identify and resolve constructability, sequencing, and manpower challenges
- Support punch-list completion, inspections, and project close-out
- 10 years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor
- Proven experience leading mid- and high-rise ground-up projects
- Ability to manage large field teams and multiple subcontractors
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with construction scheduling and reporting tools (Procore, P6, etc.)
- Stable employment history with reputable General Contractors preferred
- Base salary: $160,000 – $190,000 (depending on experience)
