- Source and engage top construction pros via LinkedIn, calls, and our internal generative AI platform.
- Build relationships with clients and candidates alike to help solve problems.
- Manage your pipeline like a pro, with daily coaching from our Partner-led team.
- All deals contribute to your uncapped commissions that turn "entry-level" into "six figures fast."
- Starting Salary: $50,000 base, solid ground to build on.
- Phenomenal Commission: Monthly structure with no cap, it's performance-based, and we equip you to fly
