Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing key accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities in the region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at major semiconductor and technology OEM accounts
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Collaborate with internal technical and application teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
- Track pipeline activity and forecast accurately using CRM tools
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and customer events
- 5 years of B2B sales experience in vacuum technology, semiconductor capital equipment, instrumentation, or a related technical field
- Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts in a technical sales environment
- Familiarity with the semiconductor ecosystem and major OEM/end-user dynamics in the Bay Area
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Business, or a related field preferred
