As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of complex high-rise projects from preconstruction through close-out. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The Role
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of complex high-rise projects from preconstruction through close-out. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing all phases of high-rise construction projects
- Support project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting
- Coordinate subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration
- Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Collaborate with Superintendents to ensure alignment between field and office
- Help maintain project schedules and track key milestones
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners
- 2–5 years’ experience in construction project management
- Experience working on high-rise residential or mixed-use projects preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of construction processes, documentation, and sequencing
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Driven, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a top GC environment
