Initial Project Location - Fresno, California

We are partnered with one of the most respected General Contractors in the United States to identify an experienced Traveling Superintendent for a ground-up $70 million development in Fresno, California.

The Role

As Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading all field operations from mobilization through project completion.

You will oversee subcontractor performance, maintain project schedules, ensure quality standards are met, drive safety performance, and work closely with the Project Management team to deliver a successful project.

This position requires a confident leader who takes ownership, communicates effectively with owners and trade partners, and can motivate teams to achieve project goals while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Superintendent on ground-up construction projects
• Experience delivering Student Housing, Multifamily, Hospitality, or similar large-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, site logistics, safety, and quality control
• Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain accountability across the project team
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Professional presence when interacting with clients, owners, consultants, and project teams
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to make decisions and drive projects forward
• Open to travel and long-term project assignments

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $140,000 - $165,000
• Performance Bonus
• Auto Allowance: $700 per month
• Per Diem: Up to $4,583 per month
• Cell Phone Allowance: $80 per month
• Mileage Reimbursement
• Return Home Policy of 1-2 times per month
