Project Coordinator

We are recruiting a Project Coordinator for one of the most respected luxury residential builders in the United States.
This is a rare opportunity to join a company responsible for some of the largest, most complex and most prestigious custom homes in the country.
They are looking for a construction professional who can become a critical part of the project team, supporting Project Managers and Superintendents on world-class residential projects while gaining exposure that very few professionals in the industry will ever experience.
You'll work alongside some of the best luxury residential construction professionals in Florida, coordinating information between architects, designers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors and ownership teams on truly exceptional homes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage permitting activities and coordinate with local municipalities
• Track project documentation, drawings, submittals, selections, RFIs and correspondence
• Support Project Managers throughout the construction lifecycle
• Coordinate communication between clients, design teams, consultants and subcontractors
• Manage meeting agendas, minutes and project action items
• Assist with change orders, contracts and bidding documentation
• Coordinate project closeout documentation and handover packages
• Maintain accurate project records and reporting
What They're Looking For:
• Construction industry experience
• Residential construction experience strongly preferred
• Permitting experience required
• Experience managing selections and submittals
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• A team-first mentality with the ability to support high-performing Project Managers and field teams
