One of South Florida's most respected luxury home builders is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to their Palm Beach team.

The Role
• Oversee multiple luxury semi-custom home projects in Downtown West Palm Beach
• Manage projects from groundbreaking through to completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, quality, and safety
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a first-class client experience
• Drive between active projects as required
Projects
• Ground-up luxury homes
• 3,000-6,000 sq ft residences
• Home values ranging from approximately $6M-$10M
• Developer-backed luxury communities and custom homes
What We're Looking For
• Minimum 5 years as a Superintendent in Florida residential construction
• Strong understanding of Florida building codes and construction practices
• Proven experience delivering luxury custom or semi custom homes
• Organised, proactive, and quality-focused
• Looking for a long-term home with a stable, growing builder
Compensation
• $100,000-$120,000 base salary (depending on experience)
