Role Description
This full-time, on-site role in Dallas, TX, requires an Infrastructure Specialist to contribute to the seamless operation and optimization of mission-critical systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing, configuring, and managing server and network infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, performing regular system updates and maintenance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency and contribute to data center projects effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience in server administration, virtual environments, and network configuration.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolving network and server issues.
- Understanding of data center operations and infrastructure management.
- Strong communication skills and collaborative abilities to work within cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with industry compliance and security standards preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Relevant certification or education in IT, computer science, or a related field is an advantage.
