Role Summary
We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to support and manage cloud-based deployments for Ramco’s Aviation platform. This role will work closely with product, support, and customer teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and high-performing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS) for aviation clients
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security
- Handle database administration tasks (backup, restore, performance tuning)
- Develop and maintain reports (operational, performance, client-facing)
- Support deployments, upgrades, and environment configurations
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with product and support teams for continuous improvements
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in infrastructure/cloud engineering
- Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS
- Strong working knowledge of databases (SQL Server / Oracle / PostgreSQL)
- Experience in report writing tools (SQL reporting, Power BI, or similar)
- Understanding of system monitoring, logging, and performance tuning
- Exposure to CI/CD or deployment pipelines is a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science or related field
- US Citizen (mandatory)
Good to Have
- Experience in SaaS/product environments
- Exposure to aviation / MRO / ERP systems
- Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
