About The Role
This is not a sit-back-and-observe position.
We are seeking a California-licensed Litigation Attorney with 3 years of experience to join our growing Trust Litigation department. In this role, you will take an active part in managing cases, working directly with clients, and contributing to litigation strategy from early stages through resolution.
You will be trusted with meaningful responsibility while also receiving hands-on mentorship and guidance from experienced attorneys. This is an opportunity to continue developing as a litigator within a firm that is growing with intention.

What You'll Do
You will play a central role in advancing litigation matters, including:
- Manage trust and estate litigation cases with appropriate oversight
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
- Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy
- Handle discovery, including depositions and meet-and-confer efforts
- Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
- Assist in trial preparation and attend trial with lead counsel
- Communicate proactively and effectively with clients and opposing counsel
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure matters move forward efficiently
About You
A motivated litigator who takes ownership of their work, approaches cases with thoughtful strategy, and is committed to continuing to build skills in trust and estate litigation.
You bring:
- 3 years of litigation experience with increasing responsibility
- A California Bar license in good standing
- A strong foundation in estate planning
- Strong writing, analytical, and research skills
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
- The ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively
- A professional, client-focused approach and sound judgment
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to grow within a team
Work Environment
This is a full-time, primarily in-office position based in Irvine, California. You will work in a collaborative environment with direct access to experienced attorneys and leadership, along with flexibility as appropriate.

- Salary: $130,000 to $185,000, commensurate with your experience
